Looking very grown-up and glamorous on the cover of July's Vogue magazine, Emma Watson dishes on life as a student at Brown University to her "Harry Potter"-influenced childhood. Emma Watson says she is now in control of her life.
"I have had no control over my life," she told Vogue about her "Harry Potter"-influenced childhood. "I have lived in a complete bubble.
"They found me and picked me for the part," she said. "And now I’m desperately trying to find my way through it."
Now mega-rich and globally recognized thanks to her female lead role in the "Potter" franchise, the actress is coping with a new life from a new perspective now that the final film in the series is complete, with a July 15 release date.
Helping her find her way are a wheelhouse of creative interests for fashion and design, an appreciation of musician Patti Smith and a little help from costar Daniel Radcliffe.
"When one or the other of us was having a tricky moment in our lives, it was often that we would confide in each other," Radcliffe told the magazine. "We would also help each other with relationship advice."
Watson bailed on Brown University after succumbing to her famous status and is now trying to operate within that space. Her first attempt is leading the film adaptation of the novel "The Perks of Being a Wallflower."Forget those rumors of being bullied at Brown University (read here). Emma's got it all!
