Halle Berry looked radiant, in a sheer Elie Saab gown, at the 13th Annual Costume Designers Guild Awards. According to OTRC, Halle was honored with the Lacoste Spotlight Award. Samuel Jackson had the honor of presenting Halle with the award. An onlooker told People magazine that,
"She stuck completely on topic of the event and didn't mention anything about her personal life, but she had a happy aura. She even skipped away from the podium when her speech was done, and gave Samuel L. Jackson a big hug."
In other Halle news, iVillage reported that her ex, Gabriel Aubry, is moving to NYC to care for their daughter, Nahla, while Halle films the movie "New Years Eve". Halle took a smaller part in the film, after she initially quit to deal with her custody battle over her daughter. Katherine Heigl replaced her role in that film.
