Kevin Federline, 33 is expecting his fifth child with girlfriend Victoria Prince, 28, according to People magazine. The ex-backup dancer and ex-husband of Britney Spears has two sons with her and two more children with ex-girlfriend, Shar Jackson.
His current girlfriend, Victoria, is a former professional volleyball player and has the same birthday as his ex-wife Britney Spears. Hmmm.... Britney filed for divore from Federline in 2006.

American Ballet pro, Sarah Lane (Natalie Portman's "body double" in "Black Swan"), claims that she performed 95% of the dance sequences for "Black Swan (which makes sense to me!). The NY Daily News reported that on Monday Darren Aronofsky, the filmmaker, countered Lane's statements that Natalie only danced 5% of the ballet thriller. Her co-star, Mila Kuinis also came to Natalie's defense that she "danced her a** off" (yeah right!) in the film.
The director is saying that Natalie's time on screen can be measured at "over 90%". Boy, you see how vague their statements seem to be regarding her actual dancing? Makes you wonder! No matter what, the film was a good and and the dancing excellent, no matter who performed the dances!

Beyonce has decided to part ways with her long-time manager (and father) Matthew Knowles (on a business level). This, in no way, diminishes their relationship as father and daughter. According to E! online, Matthew has managed Beyonce since she was a teenager and was getting her start with "Destiny's Child". Bey, a 16-time Grammy winner said,
"He is my father for life and I love my dad dearly," the now 29-year-old singer said in a statement.
She also acknowledged the contribution he has made to her career over the years. Her father echoed her sentiments and said that the decision "was mutual" (yeah right!). He went on to say,
"We did great things together, and I know that she will continue to conquer new territories in music and entertainment."
Kelly Rowland, another former "Destiny Child" member, separated from Matthew Knowles' management back in January.

Now this is interesting! Dr. Drew Pinsky paid Michael Lohan (father of Lindsay Lohan) $180K to appear on Celebrity Rehab for 21 days of treatment. According to Pop Eater, his daughter, Lindsay, paid $53,000 to the Betty Ford clinic for her stint, but it seems as though Papa Lohan got the better deal! Michael was arrested last week on suspicion of domestic violence and was later charged with a misdemeanor for the incident with ex, Kate Major.
Sources say that Michael owes a ton of child support and with this misdemeanor charge on his hands, all the money from Celebrity Rehab is probably gone already.

DJ Megatron Of BET's "106 &Park" Shot & Killed In Staten Island
Sad news for BET fans of 106 & Park. DJ Megatron (real name Corey McGriff, 32) was shot and killed early Sunday morning, in Staten Island (near his home), while walking to a local bodega to buy a cigar, according to a close friend and the police.
The NY Daily News reports that DJ Megatron was only a block from his Staten Island home when the killer approached him and shot him in his torso. He died on the street. No witnesses have come forward and no arrest has been made as of yet. Sad.

David Schubert, the Las Vegas District Attorney who prosecuted Bruno Mars and Paris Hilton for cocaine possession has, himself, been arrested for possession of the white stuff! Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom are ready for a baby. Their upcoming reality show, Khloe and Lamar (airing next month), will chronicle their newlywed life, up close and personal. Khloe, the youngest Kardashian sister, tells E! online that she definitely wants kids, but she didn't know that the process was so complicated. She says,
"We're not doing anything to stop. It's just hard to get pregnant."
Khloe claims that she and Lamar have been trying to get pregnant for a while and was surprised to find out that a woman has only three days out of the month to have a near perfect chance of getting pregnant.
She said,
"Who knew that? And after you're done ovulating, it's like a three-percent chance."

Britney Spears Performs At The Palms Casino In Las Vegas
Brit Brit performed a mini-concert at the Palms Casino, Rain nightclub yesterday-performing "Hold It Against Me", "Big Fat bass' and "Till the World Ends". Check out some of the footage from the concert above. She's looking a little stiff on stage. Maybe because the stage is too small? After the concert, Brit tweeted,

If you ask me, that's a mistake. If you had an unusual name like Madonna, Shakira, etc., it may work, but that's up to Lindsay. According to E! online, brand strategist Kaira Akita say, "I don't think it's a smart move." Akita says,
"She's been in a position as a celebrity [where it has appeared as if] she's kind of beat the system," Akita says, "so the idea of her going with a one-name moniker makes it appear as if she's higher above us."
The PopEater story suggests the move is more about getting her father, Michael Lohan, out of her life than advancing her Hollywood career.
Akita's advice to Lindsay?
"I would keep the Lohan, and probably drop the hot-model white dresses going to court," she says.

Bret Michaels Prepares To Sue The Tony Awards, Among Others

Bret Michaels filed a lawsuit, yesterday, against CBS and Tony Award Productions, among others. According to TMZ, he blames the producers for not giving clear, or any directions on how to exit the stage, after his performance at the Tony's last year. When he tried to leave the stage, Bret was hit in the face by a set piece. The suit claims he was hospitalized, after the incident, for a broken nose and cut lip. Six month after the incident, he nearly died from a brain hemorrhage.
In his suit, Bret claims,
"One of the most common causes of this type of hemorrhage is head trauma -- exactly like the one Michaels suffered at the hands of the Tony Awards."
Bret is suing for an unspecified damages. Sounds like a settlement is on it's way!

So, Paris Hilton is disputing claims that she is a racist and is preparing to sue. I reported, earlier in the week (read here), that Neil Strauss' new book, Everyone Loves You When You're Dead, had a excerpt that interviewed an 18-year-old Paris who basically said "I can't stand black guys."
Now, according to Superficial (via The Toronto Sun), Paris' lawyer has issued a statement (see below) claiming that the quote from Strauss' book is false and that Paris will most likely sue for, essentially, defamation of character.
A statement from Hilton’s spokesperson reads,
“These allegations are absolutely untrue and ridiculous. We have sent these claims to Miss Hilton’s lawyers to respond further. It’s another example of someone making false claims for financial gain.”
Well, we may have to chalk her behavior up to "young and dumb"! What do you guys thinks? Weigh in if you want!

No Plea Deal For Lindsay Lohan-At Least For Now

Why Lindsay, why? Just take the plea! Which, according to Evil Beet Gossip, would probably sentence her to a few months in jail (probably 19 days, in reality, due to overcrowding). Lindsay, just put this thing to bed (but if she did, she wouldn't get anymore press, hmm..). Her lawyer says,
“Ms. Lohan has maintained her innocence from the moment this case was filed and she has never wavered,” her attorney, Shawn Holley, said in a statement to E! News. “Though many advised her to follow the safe route by taking ‘the deal’, the truth is, Ms. Lohan is innocent; she has a strong defense; and we are confident that a jury will listen to the evidence fairly and acquit her.”
Lindsay's preliminary hearing is April 22nd, stay tuned, she could make a deal from now, till then (milking the limelight all the way!)

Wendy Williams is getting sued by a concert promoter who alleges that the TV host/"Dancing with the Stars" contestant was paid a whopping $25,000 to appear at The Pool resort, in Atlantic City, but her conduct during the event "was best described as ... ungrateful." According to ICYDK, a lawsuit alleges,
Williams was supposed to make a 2-hour appearance at The Pool at Harrah’s Resort. The suit claims Williams hardly mingled with guests and left after only an hour, after complaining how she and her husband wanted to leave.
Williams was supposed to take the mic on stage, but instead retreated to a cabana.
The suit claims Williams “disappointed her fans who came out expecting her to host the party.”
And the suit alleges … Williams — who is on “Dancing with the Stars” and hosts her own show – demanded 4 bottles of Ace of Spades champagne and 2 bottles of white wine at her cabana. The suit claims Williams and her husband said they wanted to be left alone while they drank.
Well, that'll teach her that the next time someone pays you, you'd better do your job or else! Hey Wendy, $25,000 is alot of money!

JaRule (real name Jeffrey Atkins) plead guilty in his $3 million tax evasion case yesterday, according to the Associated Press. I already reported that he had a weapons charge case (read here), where he is scheduled to serve three years in prison (yikes), and now taxes? Come on! At this rate, he could possibly be spending years in jail! If he ends up doing time, his lawyer, Stacy Richman, will ask the court to have the sentence served concurrently with the weapons sentence (hope so, for his sake!).
His lawyer did say that he was aware of the tax issue and had been working on a resolution.

What an ignorant comment (can't you, a least keep, it to yourself!)! Let me clarify.... Paris Hilton's exact quote was, "I can't stand black guys". I guess money can't buy you class! Superficial reports that when Neil Strauss, author of Everybody Loves You When You're Dead, shares a story about meeting Paris when she was 18. She shares a few stories with him about breast implants at 14, wanting to pose for Playboy and "the black guy" Vin Diesel. Here goes:
HILTON: I went out with that guy last night.
Which guy?
HILTON (points to an actor in Saving Private Ryan): We were making out, but then we went somewhere where it was bright and I saw that he was black and made an excuse and left. I can’t stand black guys. I would never touch one. It’s gross. (pauses). Does that guy look black to you?

Chris Brown may faces charges for trashing his Good Morning America dressing room and breaking a window, after Robin Roberts asked him the "Rihanna Question", you know the one (about his assault on Rihanna)? According to Perez Hilton, people are wondering if the singer will face a parole violation. GMA have not involved the authorities to date. Chris should be grateful that he has been given, not just another chance, but a second?, third?, fourth? and I'm sure he get a fifth and sixth chance. How many do you need before you get it right?!
A source close to Brown said,
"The police weren't called, and unless ABC decides to call the NYPD, no action will be taken against Brown, who is still on probation. No one saw Chris break the window. It would be a different scenario if the cops were called, which would prompt Brown's probation officer to become involved. If that did occur, Brown's probation officer would then notify the court, and the DA. Deputy District Attorney Mary Murray would then decide what action, if any, would need to be taken. It's certainly concerning that this happened, but unless the NYPD becomes involved, and ABC wants to press charges against Brown, he most likely won't be facing any probation violation."
Well, I'd say he still has anger management issues!

Has CBS offered Charlie Sheen his job back? Reuters (via Yahoo) has reported that NBC quoted sources close to Charlie Sheen that CBS offered Charlie his job back on "Two and a Half Men", but no official agreement had been made yet.
A Sheen spokesperson would not comment on the various rumors and CBS and Warner Bros. had no comment as well. CBS and Warner Bros. have about six weeks left to decide whether they will bring back "Two and a Half Men" with or without Charlie (and the saga continues).

Former music reporter and author, Neil Strauss, claims, in his new book, that Courtney Love was so attached to husband, Nirvana front man, Kurt Cobain, that she wanted to snort the dead rocker's ashes at one time. According to an exclusive interview with RadarOnline, Neil Strauss revealed that that's exactly what happened when he interviewed the former Hole singer, after Cobain's death.
The author believed Courtney was serious. He said,
“She was serious when she made the suggestion,” Strauss revealed. “She actually said she would offer his ashes to me first to snort and then said she would like them.", says Strauss "But the idea was nixed as I don't do coke."

Singer/Rapper, Nathaniel Hale, known more commonly as "Nate Dogg", passed away Tuesday, as confirmed by family members, from complications of strokes. RyanSeacrest.com reported that he passed away in Long Beach, CA. Nate Dogg, 41 suffered two strokes. One in 2007 and the other in 2008. We do not have the official cause of death yet.
He was nominated for four Grammy Awards, one being for the more known single 'Regulate', a collaboration with Warren G. (whatever happened to him?!) in 1995. His latest nomination came in 2007, a collaboration with Eminen called 'Shake That'.

"I've decided to take a bit of time off to completely finish my work on Harry Potter (the last one comes out this summer) and to focus on my other professional and acting projects. I will still be working towards my degree ... it's just going to take me a semester or two longer than I thought : ),"

Steven Soderbergh is leaving the film industry. According to PerezHilton, the director is retiring after his next two film projects ( Liberace, starring Michael Douglas and The Man From U.N.C.L.E., starring George Clooney).
When asked why he's leaving the film industry, he simply stated,
"It's just time. When you reach the point where you're like if I have to get into a van to do another scout I'm just going to shoot myself, it's time to let somebody else who's still excited about getting in the van, get in the van.For the last three years I've been turning down everything that comes my way. You're not gonna have Steven Soderbergh to kick around anymore."
The director, famous for films such as Ocean's Eleven and Erin Brockovich seems as though he's had enough. Hopefully he'll find another profession where he can use his talents!

Others in trouble are Gilbert Gottfried and Glenn Beck. According to the LATimes, Gilbert Gottfried was fired by AFLAC. He was a longtime spokesperson for the company. He has since apologized for his "attempt at humour".

Jake Gyllenhall And A Fan Get Into Scuffle At Movie Premier

Jake and a fan got into a little scuffle, in the bathroom, at the premier of his film 'Source Code'. According to PerezHilton, Jake was in the the bathroom doing, you know what, when a fan tried to take a picture of him. The scuffle got to the point where the cops were called. A source said:
"Gyllenhaal apparently grabbed the dude mid-photo, threw him against the wall and was like, 'are we really gonna do this right now?"
When Jake was asked to verify what the source said, he replied,
"That’s true. I think it’s an appropriate space to keep privacy. I hope that people wouldn’t disagree with me on that."
Good for you Jake! You know, you have to set some boundaries!

Jewel appears to be doing well after a fire truck crashed into the passenger side of her car. According to Yahoo! Music, Jewel took to Twitter and told fans,
"Hey everyone, [I was] just released from the ER and my doctor's office, everything is fine. Me and the baby are ok. Thanks for all your thoughts and prayers."
We're glad your doing well Jewel! Jewel and hubby, Ty Murray are expecting a boy.

Ne-Yo wants to clear the air about what he said regarding Beyonce and the song he wrote ('Irreplaceable'), but she sang. According iLuLu, Ne-Yo did an interview where he said he regretted giving the song, 'Irreplaceable', to Beyonce because he actually wrote it for himself. Well, that did not sit well with Beyonce fans, who felt he was disrespectful to the singer. To clear the air, Ne-Yo took to his Twitter account tweeting,

Michael Madsen Wanted By The Law!

A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Michael Madsen, 53. The famed actor of such movies as 'Donnie Brasco', 'Kill Bill' and 'Reservoir Dogs' is wanted by the law. TMZ has reported that the actor allegedly owes $570,000 in child and spousal support. A warrant was issued for his arrest, after he failed to show up in court, regarding the child/spousal support case.
Michael is the brother of Oscar nominee Virginia Madsen. According to PopEater, the actor has five kids and has been married three times. Michael also filed for bankruptcy in 2009, unable to repay personal loans from Pierce Brosnan ($25,000) and Quentin Tarantino ($1 million).
Michael is a brilliant actor. Hopefully he will get back to work soon!
