Lindsay Lohan Being Investigated By The LAPD?

Lindsay Lohan is being investigated, by the LAPD, for an alleged theft of a $2500 necklace, according to the AP.  Before detectives could serve a search warrant for her home, the necklace was returned to the Police Station by her stylist.  Sources told TMZ that Lindsay may have been tipped-off about the impending search, so she returned the necklace before her home, in Venice, CA, could be search by police.  Returning the jewelry does not prevent her for being prosecuted, in this case, but at least she did the right thing.

Jennifer Lopez has been named the global brand ambassador for Gillette's Venus razor brand, according to CocoPerez.com.  This is the first time the company has appointed such a position.  It's also reported that she will help launch Gillette's Venus Goddess Foundation, a good cause that helps support woman through education.  That's good, because knowledge is power!  DirectLyrics.com reported that the commercial was shot back in October, 2010.  The release date of the commercial was held until early 2011, presumably  to coincide with JLo's debut as an American Idol judge and possibly her soon to be released new album?  Ahhh...the power of marketing, isn't it wonderful?

Charlie Sheen Completes Rehab At Home

I posted, on February 28th, that Charlie Sheen had reportedly gone to Promises rehabilitation center, in Malibu, CA.  Now, he has left that facility and is completing rehab at home.  Examiner.com reported that an addiction specialist and other professionals will be treating Charlie, at home, in the comfort of his multi-million dollar mansion.

Charlie was rushed to the hospital, last Thursday, after an all-night binge that reportedly included large amounts of alcohol and cocaine.  After a few hours, he check out of the hospital and headed to rehab, until Tuesday, when he left the rehab facility, to get care at home.

His hit show, "Two and a Half Men", is currently on hiatus, but a source tells TMZ that Charlie could be back to work as soon as next month.

Blake Lively's Rise To The Top on AskMen's Top 99 Most Desirable Women of 2011

Blake Lively is this year's Most Desirable Woman, according to AskMen.com.  It's AskMen's 10th anniversary of naming the Top 99 Most Desirable Women.  Believe it or not, Blake was actually No. 85 last year.  What happened?    Well, AskMen.com has about 16 million international readers and about 5 million votes were tallied for this year's poll.  AskMen.com reported a shift in picking established celebrities, in favor of newer, hotter and younger celebrities on the scene.  There are still established celebrities on the list like Angelina (No.67), Gisele (No. 34), Megan Fox (No.49) and Beyonce (No.23), they just are not rounding off the Top 10.  Speaking of Beyonce, she also earned the title of Woman of the Decade.

Ladies who fell of the list in recent years include Jennifer Aniston, Jennifer Lopez and Pam Anderson.  Eva Mendes and Kate Beckinsale have fallen out of the Top 10 after being there for three years in a row.  Rounding off the top three are Mila Kunis (No.2) and Sofia Vergera (No.#).

Christina Applegate Welcomes New Baby Girl

Christina Applegate, 39 and husband Martyn LeNoble welcomed a new baby girl named Sadie Grace LeNoble, born on January 27th, according to the AP.  The first report of Christina's baby's birth was by People.com.  Christina and LeNoble became engaged last year, on Valentine's day.  She announced her pregnancy last July.  LeNoble is a Dutch musician and Christina is known for her role as "Kelly" on "Married...With Children" and as "Samantha" on "Samantha Who?"

Christina is a breast cancer survivor, who had a double mastectomy in 2008 and reconstructive breast surgery months later.

Congrats Christina and Martyn and welcome baby Sadie!

Eminem: The Million Dollar Man

The New York Post has reported that Eminem is set to appear in a Lipton Claymation commercial, during Superbowl Sunday, all for a reported $1 million.  Eminem will be made into a claymation character for the commercial.  The rapper/actor appears to be stepping out of his shell, as of late. MTV reported that he is expected to star as a boxer, in the film "Southpaw" and is negotiating to star in the movie "Random Acts of Violence", as an ex-con.

Eminem will also be performing at the Grammy's, on February 13th, where he has a whopping 10 nominations, including Album of the Year.

Halle Prepares For Custody Battle!

 It must suck for Halle to have this custody battle play out in the media.  I posted yesterday morning that Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry were barely on speaking terms and that Aubry had filed for joint custody of their daughter Nahla.  Now, Halle has quit her movie, "New Years Eve" (she was replaced by Katherine Heigl), to prepare for what seems to be the fight of her life (custody of her daughter).  According to Movies.NDTV.com, when the pair split last April, after five years together, they had a arranged a split custody agreement (out of court).  Halle's publicist has said,

" Halle has serious concerns for her daughter's well-being while in the care of her father for any extended period of time and is prepared to take all necessary steps to protect her."

Good luck to both parties.  Hopefully they can work it out.
