Has the fight over Nahla begun? This week's People Magazine reported that a pal of French Actor, Olivier Martinez, has said that Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry may not be on speaking terms. When the pair split up, last April, it seemed to be amicable, but Aubry recently filed a petition to be formally recognized as Nahla's father and to officially share custody. Why? Inside sources say that once Halle starting dating Olivier Martinez things seemed to change. Seems like he's trying to protect his rights.
