Custody Agreement Close In The Halle Berry/Gabriel Aubry Custody Battle

Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry were at the LA County Courthouse today to meet with the judge presiding over their custody case.  Each party met with the judge separately to discuss the case.  According to Perez Hilton, the two seem closer to a custody settlement over their daughter Nahla.

Seems Halle's busy schedule has held up the proceedings to settle custody and visitation rights.  Good luck to both parties as this case needs to be over like yesterday!  Nahla needs both parents in her life.
